Q. Why do I have to register my UDID to be allowed to install iOS Beta Releases?
A. Apple releases their beta firmware to developers for testing and feedback. We realize that people other than developers would like access to the firmware but have to pay the $99 developer registration fee. That's where we come in. We have paid the fees, we update you on new releases. And we let you know how to install the firmware. We do all this for a one-time fee of $7. That includes access to our fast downloads area.

Q. How long does it take for my UDID to be activated after I've paid?
A. We usually will have you registered from 1 - 24 hours. Apple doesn't provide an API for UDID registrations so we have to do each one by hand. If after, 24 hours you have not received your confirmation email, check your spam folder and
contact us.

Q. Do I have to use a Mac operating system to take advantage of iOS 5 beta?
A. No!, you may install iOS 5 beta using a Mac or a Windows PC.

Q. I have another iDevice I'd like to install iOS 5 beta. Do I have to register that device too?
A. Yes, each device you use has a unique UDID. Therefore, you must pay to register each of them.

Q. I got my iDevice replaced at the Apple store / I sold my iDevice and got a new one, can you change the UDID for me?
Unfortunately Apple does't allow us to edit or remove a UDID from our iOS Developer account, thus we cannot register the new UDID. Therefore you will need to re-purchase what you want for this new iDevice. If you purchase from us, it is for 1 developer spot, no matter the circumstances.

Q. How do i fix error 3000-3999?
A. Error codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the gs.apple.com server on ports 80 or 443. This may be because out-of-date or incorrectly configured security or firewall software is interfering, or due to your Internet proxy settings. If you are using a proxy, try without using one or with a known-good network.
